100 Ways to Improve Life

1) Accept Your Mistakes: Accept what you did wrong and try to do better next time. No need to punish yourself forever. In fact accepting the mistake is the only way to make them disappear. If you don't accept your mistake the only thing you'll create will be just continuous guilt. You can make things for better.

2) Accept Your Friends Mistakes: In the end what you need from them is their love. People are inherently good it's their actions that can be sometimes strange. If you understand that you'll find it much easier to accept their mistakes too. Imagine how much time will you win on your side just by accepting they can be wrong sometimes.

3) Create a New Habit: Habits are powerful. Harness their energy for your own good. The more you do something you like, the more you like doing it. Pick somethings you like doing things that will make you feel better and even be better. Create the habit to be happy.

4) Build Self Discipline: Clear goals, incentives, progress assessment and a will to avoid interruptions. Self discipline is the facilitator for many things in your life. It's hard to get, but great to have.

5) Make New Friends: Reach out, don't be afraid. The worst thing that may happen to you is to be rejected. Well, if that's the case move on. The reward of having true long lasting, friendship is worth all the potential rejection. We don't reach out because we feel we don't deserve it. Guess what- Reality obeys our thoughts and place us outside the real life. We are  designed to be social animals to exist and support existence in the larger structure.
